Which London areas do you cover?

We cover all 32 London boroughs and surrounding M25 towns. Our home base is South London, with a focus on Croydon, Bromley, Sutton, Kingston, Merton and nearby areas. Same-day slots are often easiest across South London.

Do I need to provide cleaning products?

Yes. Please have your usual cleaning products ready before we arrive (spray, detergent, bathroom cleaner, glass cleaner, etc.).

What if I'm not happy with the clean?

Message us within 72 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to fix it, free of charge. If the issue is significant we'll refund the visit entirely.

Are your cleaners insured and DBS-checked?

Yes. Every cleaner is enhanced-DBS checked, fully employed by Splash (no zero-hours), and covered by £5m public liability insurance.

How do payments work?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BACS or monthly invoice. We charge after the visit, only once you've signed it off in the app.

How far in advance should I book?

We can usually slot in next-day cleans Monday-Saturday. For Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings we recommend 3-5 days notice.

Will I get the same cleaner every visit?

For recurring bookings, yes, continuity is a core promise. If your regular cleaner is unwell or on holiday, we'll let you know who is covering and brief them on your home.

Do you do one-off cleans?

Of course. Minimum booking is 3 hours, and you can book a one-off deep clean, end-of-tenancy or post-event clean from our quote form.

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes, free of charge with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at 50% of the booking.

Do you bring your own equipment?

No. Please have basic cleaning equipment ready at the property (hoover, mop, bucket, cloths, etc.) along with your cleaning products. Tell us when you book if anything essential is missing so we can plan the visit.
