Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book or use cleaning services from Splash Cleaning Ltd ("Splash"). By booking, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning across Greater London. Scope, price and timing are confirmed in your quote or booking confirmation.

Quotes and bookings

• Quotes are based on information you provide and may change if access, condition or scope differs on arrival.
• A minimum booking length may apply (typically 3 hours for one-off cleans).
• You must provide safe access, running water and electricity where needed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are fixed unless we agree changes in writing. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BACS or monthly invoice where offered. Payment is due after the visit once you sign off in our app or confirm satisfaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Free cancellation or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the booking value.

Our guarantees

• On-time: if your cleaner is more than 15 minutes late, the first hour is free.
• Re-clean: report issues within 72 hours and we will return to fix them at no charge where appropriate.
• Insurance: our team is covered by public liability insurance while on your premises.

Your responsibilities

Please secure valuables, disclose hazards (e.g. asbestos, biohazards, aggressive pets) and ensure the property is safe for our team. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues we could not reasonably see.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant visit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
